Celebrating a year of success with in Girlguiding

On Saturday, Sarah attended the Annual Review of Girlguiding in East Hampshire at Horndean Community College where County Commissioner Jacqui Dixon gave an overview of some of the exciting events undertaken by Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers over the last year.

Sarah, pictured here with guide leaders from Cosham in Portsmouth said "As a former Guide myself, listening to all the activities the children and young people had enjoyed over the last year reminded of how much fun I had as a Girl Guide. However, we have a problem in Cosham with finding a suitable location for the Guides to meet now that the United Reform Church has closed. I have promised the leaders that I will do all I can to try and find alternative accomodation as I recognise how important it is to have good quality activities for young people in our area."
