Although the council have now dropped their appeal against the court order to reinstate night wardens in category 2.5 sheltered housing, they want to recoup their legal costs through the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), which council tenants including those in sheltered housing pay their rents into. Tell the council it's wrong to charge their legal costs to the residents they fought in court by signing our petition.
